All in-stock items ordered after 11:59 AM (UAE Standard Time) will ship next working day. Orders placed Saturday will be shipped the following Monday. If items are out of stock and backordered or pre-ordered, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks to allow manufacturing and shipping from suppliers.

DAUPHYNE in partnership with our couriers wants to make sure that our customers are happy. We are strongly committed to deliver within the time frame mentioned above. However, there are times that you may experience short delay in receiving your shipment due to custom clearance, force majeure or if they are not able to contact you in time of delivery. We arrange daily deliveries except Sundays and UAE Public Holidays.

If you wish to change the address before the shipping process, our Customer Care Team will be happy to assist you. If you received a confirmation that your order has been dispatched, please note that any request to change the shipping address will no longer be accepted.

Home (requested address in the UAE) Delivery:

• Free shipping is applied on a single order (1 order ID) that is more than AED200.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES

Refunds/Order Cancellations (only within 24 hours of order)

Refunds or cancellations are only available within 24 hours after you place your order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. After 24 hours, no refunds or order cancellations are permitted.

If you wish to cancel your order and be refunded, you must contact us via email at sales@dauphyne.com within 24 hours of your order.

Return/Exchange Policy (only within 30 days of receipt)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we want to help you find your perfect fit. You can exchange or return items for store credit only within 30 days of receipt.

Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange. Furthermore, items that you have kept for more than 30 days after receipt cannot be exchanged. Items must be post marked no later than 31 days after receipt.

***NOTE for all types of earrings and piercing jewelrys: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original un-opened packaging. Due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept anything used or removed from packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund credit.
If you are approved, then your refund credit will be processed, and a credit coupon code will be sent to your email for later use.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Warranty Exchanges/Repair (within 6 months if applicable for SOLID GOLD and TITANIUM products only)
We offer a 6 months warranty for defective items like fallen off gems or broken parts for repair.
